JIPS Travel Partner Co., Ltd. Terms of Service

When applying for a travel with JTP, carefully verify the attached forms: the details of custumized tours (contract) or the recruitment-type organized tour conditions. Confirm and book upon carefully reading all the details.

JIPS Travel Partner Co., Ltd. (JTP) (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) plans, advertizes and recruits the participants of these tours. Content and conditions of these tours will be based on the travel contract, flyers, final document, and our travel agency’s terms and conditions (recruitment-type organized tours) that our company will provide to you.

1. Upon applying, fill out the designed form and submit the application fee. The application fee consists of 20% of the tour price and will be treated as part of the tour price, cancellation fee, or penalty.
2. Our company will approve the application and receive the application fee. Once the application is approved and the application fee is received our company will consider the contract closed.
3. After the conclusion of the contract, our company will issue the customer with a contract (also used as a flyer for each course) that describes the travel itinerary, travel service details, other travel conditions, and matters related to our company’s responsibilities.
4. Our company accepts reservations for recruitment-type organized tours by telephone. In this case, after we notify you of the acceptance of the reservation, you must submit the travel application and application fee by the notified date.
5. Payment of the travel fee must be completed in 30 days before the start of the trip for international travel, and 21 days before the start of the trip for domestic travel.

1. As a general rule, if a person under the age of 20 is participating alone, a written consent form from a guardian is required.
2. Our company reserves the right to decline your application request for business circumstances within our company.
3. When applying for a recruitment-type organized tour, please inform us of any special needs of the participants (arranging a wheelchair, etc.). We will comply with your request to the best of our possibilities.

1. Fares and charges for transportation facilities specified in the itinerary (regular seats for flights unless otherwise noted), accommodation costs, meal costs, service charges, travel handling charges, consumption tax, and other taxes.
2. For accompanied tours, the guide fee is included.

If part of the above fees is not used due to personal circumstances of the customer, it will not be refunded.

The customer has the right to cancel the travel contract. Cancellation fees will be imposed as specified in the chart below, counting the days to the day before the beginning of the travel. We only accept requests for cancellation during the business days and hours of our company. We will be counting the days from the time we effectively received your request (during our business hours).
